Professional Experience

Mora Consulting, Inc. was formed January 1, 2003, by Joan F. Mora.  Joan’s previous experience includes 11 years as CFO for a real estate development and property management firm directing all accounting and financial functions for multi-family, commercial, office and industrial properties. In addition she spent four years at a large regional CPA firm preparing tax returns, financial statements and investment analysis for real estate owners. She has over 20 years in the industry. Joan's clients include residential and commercial real estate developers, property managers, and real estate investment companies.
